It’s surprising to learn that a former neurosis has started composing ballads. Beautiful review. The Till in the name has nothing to do with me (I’m named Till). Don’t forget that Till is a Flemish name and therefore quite rare, especially in Italy.

a very personal and definitely impactful review. Well done (I would be curious to know if you really are or just pretending ;-) ) The sensations you described (with a mega non-stop pogo included) are ones I’ve only experienced at concerts of RATM and Negu Gorriak ('92 or thereabouts).

Not a bad review. However, I would always be cautious with phrases like "the best album released at the end of the 90s," which are always risky and imply a considerable knowledge of the things released during that period. I would give it a 3+, but I raise it to a 4 because of Coppino's comment, who seems to know nothing beyond Slipknot (who, by the way, have been neglecting their website. For 2 years they removed the mega flash animation, rating it 5/5, to replace it with a "coming soon" that promises nothing good at all (2 years!!) Slipknot - Official Site

The album is not up for debate. I'm surprised that in "high fidelity" Hornby made one of his characters say that the record sucks (frankly: I "devoured" the book, but I don't remember the passage quoted by Nicky).
