The review is terrible, as are many of the comments. Regarding the album, it seems to me that the band has returned to doing what it has always done best, namely creating pleasant melodies. Of course, it’s nothing transcendent (nor does it want to be), but we could use more "charts" bands that write songs like the four that open this album.
