After centuries, I've finally managed to get it! To be honest, I prefer the next one, "Hell Songs"; this one, while excellently crafted, ends up being honestly a bit too chaotic and monotonous. There are so many changes in each song that it’s practically impossible to distinguish them from one another. Of course, the hysteria you mention in the review is there, no doubt about it, but it seems to me that it was better synthesized in the following album. And I still believe it’s a kind of hybrid between Locust and Sikth :-D
