Sure, if you start from certain assumptions, your reasoning seems sound, but then you realize that you don't support these assumptions with concrete data. It's one thing to say that 100% of a given category (not clearly defined) appreciates one thing more than another, but it's much harder to prove it with concrete data. But the bigger problem with your way of thinking is simply that you fail to provide a clear and universal definition of beauty, and without that, the argument doesn't hold.

I want to clarify that I only spoke about the texts I reviewed before commenting (and note that I did not assign any grades). Your entire list of themes addressed by Ferrandini only reinforces my feeling that he has focused on the superficial aspects that we Europeans perceive of China (both positive and negative, mind you!). This is quite normal: I have been involved with two other countries in East Asia for several years, but sometimes I still find myself viewing them from a "wrong," "idealized" perspective. This is even more likely to happen with someone who is not a specialist in the field (as I understand from the biography of the singer in question). That's all; far from wanting to stir up controversy, this is essentially what I wanted to convey.

In my opinion, the main problem is the lack of originality (a problem that is actually quite common). I absolutely don’t see the need to include keyboards, compose suites, or even create a concept (after all, they will end up doing pop punk for some reason, right?). So, they need to work on developing a more personal sound; after all, it’s not something that comes out of nowhere. Well, I won’t comment on the quality of the recording and the vocal performance because I know that demos are often recorded under quite "particular" conditions, but maybe put a bit more effort into the vocals.
