It’s probably my limitation, but I still enjoy your reviews even though your message remains unclear to me.

Great album (even though I like the next one more) from, in my opinion, one of the few interesting bands to emerge in recent years. I agree with the noisy breath mentioned above (except in the album rating where I'm more generous). A concise but effective review.
Federico Guglielmi Fuori dal coro. La vera storia dei Litfiba

In my opinion, from a media perspective, in the "00s" they weren't entirely gone (speaking of individuals, especially Pelù). Anyway, apart from that, I quite liked the review, if only because you're reviewing a book by a reviewer (what a mess! ;-D), even if here in a more "historiographical" role, and we all know how much I enjoy these "infinite reiterations" :-D Anyway, I haven't read the book (and I won't because I'm not particularly interested in the topic), but I know Guglielmi quite well (as a music journalist, not personally, to be clear) and I believe he is a tradesman trying to survive in a rather slippery sea like many (perhaps all) others like him in Italy, but also north of the Brenner and south of Lampedusa (I'll spare you the east and west). Considering that he practices a profession that Barzini famously summarized with the phrase "always better than working," his work should always be taken with a grain of salt (unless we grant him the benefit of the doubt about his independence... which makes me laugh quite a bit) since it’s too convenient to be pleased when he shares our tastes and to get angry when he denigrates them (I've never liked conspiracy theorists alternating between phases and/or license plates).

A really useful film because it made me rethink the critical abilities of the South Tyroleans: I remember I was in Trieste doing military service and a fellow soldier from Schlanders went to see it and came back saying it was beautiful, so when I went I expected a real flop and instead I was proven wrong (which is always nice to be, especially on racial matters) and my first comment was "goodness: there’s intelligent life north of Mezzolombardo."
Christopher Nolan Tha Dark Knight Rises

It has the flaw of being slow and wordy (especially in the central phase) and it positions itself as the worst Nolan film, but rejecting it seems excessive (there are some truly valuable elements both in terms of script and writing). The reviewer starts from the (totally misguided) preconception that it is just a blockbuster with superheroes (and it is, but not only because it’s right to place this trilogy, from my perspective, on a much higher level), so the entire argument turns out to be flawed. It’s better when they try to find the plot inconsistencies.
Mark Andrews & Brenda Chapman Ribelle - The Brave

The review is beautiful, accurate, and profound (perhaps too much for my tastes ;-D), but as usual, there are some points where I don't quite agree. Leaving those aside, since good Panapp can imagine what they are and the other users don't care, I have a few "aseptic" reflections to make: A) I liked the initial short film "La Luna" much more than "The Brave" (by the way, it seems the director is Italian, which explains the "Calvinian" plagiarism). B) The translation "Ribelle" for "The Brave" is certainly debatable, but upon watching the film, I felt the story was more about rebellion than courage, so for once, I would forgive the translator. C) "The Brave" isn't a bad film, but beyond the fact that (in my opinion) it owes a lot in animation and rendering to that little masterpiece (of the "loathed" ;-) Dreamworks, if I'm not mistaken) "How to Train Your Dragon," it reveals a certain confusion of roles within the "Disney-Pixar" relationship. From my perspective, these two unique and dual entities should divide their roles and continue on their own paths; instead, (excluding the parentheses of the three films "Ratatouille," "Wall-E," "Up" from Pixar and "The Princess and the Frog" from Disney) it seems that the two tend to borrow a bit too much from each other (the first example that comes to mind being the "canzonettistici" inserts that are neither musical nor part of the soundtrack in "The Brave"), leaving the results "halfway through" in a clumsy attempt to please too many while disappointing almost everyone.

A lovely "atmospheric" disc, and that's how it should be listened to: taking into account the average of the releases from that year, it's still good to go.
