Ps: we all know very well that I replied to you and you're just grasping at straws because your pride prevents you from backing down from your (truly foolish) positions: keep going with the "how nice, how nice, how nice!" that's how it ends. So sad and melancholic, it's ugly to see someone reduced to sulking like you...

You are sad, Lux, very sad. The point is that you know it too, and you don't know where to hold on anymore: I was convinced you didn't read my posts; now I know you really don't understand them because your oversized ego prevents you from looking beyond your nose. Suggesting a good psychologist would really be an asshole move (forget your kindergarten games), so I'll skip that. Take care.

Yes, you’re right to say that Pazienza dealt with themes (as Kosmo states in the previous comment) that are still relevant today, and his greatest merit is being able to tell stories that we all have, more or less, experienced with great sensitivity and a very personal narrative style. However, I must say that from a graphic style perspective, it might truly be appreciated only when "seen" in those years: this does not detract from its value, of course, but from this standpoint, I find it too much a child of its time (and with little international appeal, which is the main flaw of Italian productions). On the other hand, being so "aggressively" 80s and Italian might be a virtue: it depends on your point of view. At home, aside from his historical volumes (like this one), I still have some of his collaborations in "Linus" or "Frigidaire," and they are touching, so seek them out if you can. I know some may turn their noses up, but I also recommend checking out issue 200 (which is called that, by the way) of Dylan Dog, where there’s a heartfelt tribute to our man.

A fitting tribute nonetheless to a young life cut short, 5 is exaggerated but given the occasion, and considering that often far more questionable ones are published, I believe it's right to evaluate only the inner intent of the review. Good job. I remember her as being blessed with a good voice, but I have never listened to enough of her work to form an opinion.

Are you bothered by being treated with the same currency with which you treat others? Do we really want to keep going on like this, pretending that the problem is the statistics? When we both know very well that your post 42 was solely to "mess with me" and provoke me (and coincidentally, it was about Statistics in general and not my particular ones) why haven’t you put away the discussion from about fifteen (give or take) days ago where you literally misinterpreted my post and ended up accusing me of a lack of sensitivity and empathy that is usually characteristic only of you, and my only fault was responding in kind. It's pretty convenient to be a show-off but not accept the counterargument... don’t you think? Then on other matters: A) I even said that the term ignorant was to be taken literally, meaning “not knowing something” (and it was referring to Maiden), so avoid flaunting it like a badge of shame unless your straw man is particularly sensitive lately. B) I have already had the opportunity to reiterate that when and if the right moment comes (and certainly not at your request, young man), the statistics will be visible to everyone. C) Crying? I doubt you are capable of it, and yes, it’s a huge flaw. D) The donkeys in Chievo already fly. E) Even cross-stitch wouldn’t be a bad idea for you to relax. F) I believe I have shown you how the nursery school retaliation relates to you. G) Now I'm going to turn off notifications for this review... Good night.

Mmm, maybe you didn't understand that I'm not troubled by the fact that for you (or for anyone reading) I either exist or not; I know if I do or not, and I will decide when to use them or not. Also, I would read post 50 before discussing it, and while you're at it, you might as well read post 51. That said, I recommend decoupage. Aloha. P.S.: I won't be coming back to this page.

"DD" in Italy is Dylan Dog, especially since in the Belpaese Daredevil is known, by most, simply as Devil. "I consider R. Wood one of the best comic book writers." And who cares, Isi, luckily it is like that! Ah, Gilgamesh!
