Hey, Vortex, come on, it was just a joke. I was trying to "lighten the mood" about that "human faction" vs "Veneto" which wasn't very flattering. What was I supposed to do? If I respond to you in kind (and I don’t want to, as I’ve already told you in the past, I don’t consider you a good interlocutor, just to be clear) then I get accused of picking a fight; if I pull out statistics and data on how much Veneto has contributed and been useful to this nation, I get scolded for being boring, so I went for irony (Pisani vs Livornesi, can you get any more cliché...). Honestly, I find all this talk about different "campanili" quite silly, without meaning to offend you, and in a way, Einstein comes to my rescue with his famous "human" response to customs controls asking "race?". Have you had a bad experience with Venetians in general? Well, maybe they didn't like you either; we should hear their side of things (unless you see yourself as the ultimate affable person, then the conversation changes). Of course, you interpret it the way you want. As for the fake balance, I wouldn’t know what to tell you: being balanced is always a nice challenge, and I try hard. Those around me in real life generally find me balanced... but it's a matter of taste, I suppose.

Anyway, calling the rest of Italy a "human company" is quite debatable... I wonder what they will think in Livorno that you've grouped them with the Pisans :-D

Indeed, we are more attractive than average ;-). But it's strange that all the surveys show that the average opinion of Italians about Veneto has greatly improved (exceeding averages of 80%), while here it goes against the trend. I guess DeBaser is not a reliable statistical pool :-D

In my opinion, a couple of years for you in some valley of Lessinia, maybe "sotto paron," would do you good. Believe me... Yes, yes... a bit of "cura veneta," yes, yes...
