I've never liked them; usually your reviews are better...

I know you already know it, but I recommend you take another look at the definition of "chameleonic" in figurative language and you’ll understand my statement...

P.S. Merry Christmas in advance because I won't post anymore until after the 25th since I'm going to see them in London... I can say hi to them for you if you want.

my irony was also affectionate... I care about you, but you all seem too serious (is that how you say it?), relax, loosen up, guys, loosen up... Merry Christmas to everyone in advance because I won’t bother you until after the 25th, since we’re going to London to see the Maiden. Now, dear Puntini, a nice picture of Dickinson with the Deshirt could be a great favor to me for the love I bear you... Bye!

trust me, it has been a revolution, just look at the tide of quotes still floating around. I agree about Black Sabbath when it comes to genre-defining, less so about Judas Priest, not because they're not great but because they're too chameleonic. Regarding too many reviews, I repeat, don’t read them if they bother you. We'll catch up somewhere else on the site, goodbye!

Just a clarification for dear Voiceface, I didn't say that the flaw of Mellon Collie (in my opinion) is that it is too long, but that it is wordy; there is a bit of a difference. Bye!

But perhaps you were referring to the use of the instrumentation, which is certainly more selfish in Siamese, but in my opinion also more genuine and original compared to the works done afterwards.

I don't know, it doesn't seem to me that Mellon Collie or Adore were produced collaboratively; the Smashing were really a creation of Corgan (with its ups and downs, for example, I don't even like Adore), and the others were little more than good supporting players.

I agree on Gish being a great album (although less so than this one), but not on Mellon Collie, which I honestly find verbose. I only save about 5-6 tracks (Bullet with..., 1979, Farewell and Goodnight, Galapogos, Zero); the rest is a simile-progressive squeeze that doesn’t really suit them... de gustibus, bye!
