Hi Lux! Don't give me a hard time (I'm really interested in the discussion), what do you think are the essential 90s rock bands? Just to clarify things a bit?

It's definitely not an album on the level of "Music for the Jilted Generation," but it still has some "punch." I don't think it's techno; it's something else (more akin to a more extreme concept of dance). Overall, the review isn't bad, but it's a bit too brief.

Well... I don't agree with the posts above, but everyone has their own opinion... It's undeniable, however, to say that Kiss have profoundly influenced the imagination (both musical and not just "theatrical") of an entire generation, and many current musicians do nothing to hide it... That said, I won't vote for the album because I haven't heard it, but the review isn't badly done.

The review is nice even if I don't agree with everything you write; established that this is certainly not a masterpiece, you still seem a bit too strict. After all, what I love about this group is that they are rarely banal, and neither is this, with all its flaws. To quote Sclavi, after many beautiful things, a bit of fatigue can certainly be forgiven. As for the various discussions in the posts above, what can I say? The PT have been one of the most courageous bands in the rock scene in recent years. Sure, if we start to make comparisons with 70s rock, then we won't be finished. A band should be evaluated based on the period in which it was active (unless it really is a case of plagiarism, which is not the case here). Let’s bet that if I go into a Nirvana review and write that they are overrated because they only picked up the lesson from the Pixies, a huge outcry would ensue... and rightly so, because it’s more than natural for a band to be influenced by someone else. The important thing is that the attempt at emulation is brought into realms of originality, and in Wilson, I find this originality. It's also true that we shouldn't make the opposite mistake of praising everything they do...

You've been a bit verbose, but you got your point across; there's nothing else to say about the record.
