Peter Jackson The Lord Of The Rings

Well, the usual reviews full of arrogance and nothing more; just for the creative and production effort that went into this film, it deserves to be watched. If you don't like fantasy, that's another story.
Ruggero Deodato Cannibal Holocaust

Ethically incorrect, it remains a fundamental film in the horror genre; there are countless epigones. It all comes down to personal taste; I find it beautiful in its visual and non-visual violence.

You probably haven't seen it because her mother takes her to a specialized clinic, and it's right there that they recommend an exorcism to get rid of Captain Gaio (Captain Howdy in English). What I think of the film is reflected in my nickname and the rating.
Queen Live @ Live Aid 1986

Well, the beginning of the review is really questionable; you know what I care if a group of critics has decreed this and that. However, all things considered, I quite agree with what you write. Personally, I find all the events organized by Geldof (and all his companions, Bono first and foremost) to be much more useful to his interests than to those of poor countries. But this Queen performance was truly epoch-making, if only because, in a certain sense, it revitalized rock and helped to reassess phenomena like Duran Duran and similar bands, which after this concert were once again considered as they deserve, that is, good pop and nothing more.

Very beautiful album, a review more than shareable.

When I saw that you reviewed them under the name Lesto, I thought you had torn them apart; instead, you were much "kinder" than usual, and this pleases me because, all in all, I find them likable even though I've only seen them once years ago, and they were very good. The comparisons with the originals are pointless. @ghemison: don’t say that! What harm could prog have done to you?

I am 33 years old, born radical, I have a natural sympathy for Nordic-style social democracies. As a child, I was fascinated (not politically, but philosophically) by both the absolutist rhetoric of the right and the lofty dreams of an illusory leftist society, but I have always kept in mind that often the truth lies in the middle and, above all, I live in a country where ethics and political ideals are often corrupted by personal, parochial, and economic interests. This happens everywhere you look and wherever you stand. I rhetorically dream of a country where the human being and their right to self-determination (from deciding whom to love to when to die) are respected, and instead, that doesn't happen here. I'm disgusted by certain arguments about whether the left or the right is better while the heir of Peter stated on Wednesday that "self-actualization is a contradiction in terms because as human beings, we are not masters of our eternal destiny," and no political representative had the courage to respond. I'm stating the obvious, but if we stopped discussing useless ideological squabbles and started analyzing what really doesn't work in this country (which transcends any political alignment), perhaps fundamental referendums for our future, like the one on assisted reproduction and others from two years ago, wouldn't have been sunk by a faux-Catholic and genuine lobbyist conservatism, and issues like the one in Vicenza would have come to light when something could have been done (three years ago when the previous government made a deal with the U.S.A.) and not today for the political purpose of garnering sympathy (and the same can be said about the TAV). We wouldn't be the only country in Europe where there are recharging fees on phone cards, or the only one with a banking and insurance system where various companies have formed a cartel, or the only one where merchants were allowed to profit from the lira/euro transition and more... I know I’ve touched on many different points and might sound simplistic, but seeing you argue over pure ideology while a few privileged individuals who couldn’t care less about ideology (and likely present themselves in public as political and/or economic opponents) are taking advantage of us is disheartening. Less street parades and slogans, and more civic and social engagement, please! With affection.

Anonymous and truly arrogant, you don't realize what wonderful worlds you're missing out on with your phony alternative attitude, and anyway, why do you also take it out on Pretazzo and Bjork, coward, knowing they won't show up in this review? I'm here, take it out on me. Obvious solidarity to Thetrooper as well.
