Yes, I saw them too on the Octavarium tour and I liked them. I was just talking about the studio work, which seemed a bit bland to me (especially the never-ending suite that is little more than citationist in my opinion). I will definitely check out the site you recommended. Thanks and goodbye!

So let me tell you right away that I haven't listened to the album yet; I'll do it when it comes out, because I remember the little trick pulled with Octavarium two years ago (I'm talking about the phantom album released two months earlier) and because I'm a romantic, I like to listen to albums at their official release. However, the feelings aren't entirely negative; after all, they are in a very critical moment of their career (changing record labels) and there's the not-so-hidden danger of remaining forever a really great supporting band (the kind meant to play before the big names at festivals, as they will inexplicably do this year at the Gods..) so certain calls to a more youth-oriented metal are inevitable. The important thing is that they show they are a living band, because honestly, "Octavarium" gave the impression that they were a bit weary.
