Don't get angry, I just wanted to know the reason.

I quote Manliuzzo in full: Furthermore, I would like to ask Hetzer something (serious): did you give it a 1 because you don’t like the HJF as an idea or because you didn’t enjoy the concerts on Thursday?

"Gone with the Wind" is off-limits, damn it! (and I'm dead serious)

Poletti, look, if you keep insulting "Gone with the Wind," I'm gonna get mad... ;-)

Regarding the valid ethical observations of Sanjuro and Occulto, I would like to add a couple of my own, obviously without any polemical intent: A) You have rightly chosen an anthropological perspective as the key to interpreting the film; therefore, it makes sense that you find it clever and superficially beautiful. That said, I remind you that it is based, as already mentioned, on a book by Palahniuk. I would genuinely like to know what you think under the same interpretative lens of the book (i.e., do you find it equally superficially beautiful?). B) As I usually do, I watched this film without questioning anything (at least during the first viewing) about the philosophical motivations behind its creation (even more so since I already knew them having read the book) but purely from an artistic standpoint, and honestly, I found it well-made (if not gorgeous; now, with the years, I must admit I have somewhat downplayed it, but at the time, it was quite impressive) in many aspects: direction, plot, and overall, even in terms of acting (and it was one of the few times I found Pitt watchable). I would like to hear from you a purely artistic judgment, putting aside philosophy, anthropology, etc. Thank you and goodbye!

not my favorite by Cronenberg, but still beautiful. Nice review, one point off because you mentioned the ending.

I'm late because the review didn't interest me (not because of the author, Uxo you know I care for you, but because I've never liked the films too much) and I've only just seen the Iside-Poletti quarrel... I can only say that I agree with Iside on everything.

A record that has its flaws but is still beautiful, a review that's hard to assess (but not negative, mind you!)
