And even though there is differentiation, it's really not much except in a few cases. At OndaRock, they are a bit more down-to-earth, but it's because they are dealing with a narrower target.
Anyway, from the three examples, read the reviews by both Scaruffi and Onda of Iron Maiden, Tori Amos, and Lisa Germano.

No, none in particular. If you compare the Scaruffian artist profiles with those on OndaRock, you will see that the underlying motivations behind the subsequent judgments really stem from a common matrix. Then, since most people stop to look at the rating, that's where the differentiation begins. I repeat, the mindset is the same.

There's not much to say, the best website (in Italian) for music is this one, better to have 1000 opinions even if they end up cursing at each other than just one from someone who claims to listen to albums only once before giving a judgment.

You see, what I mean is not that the two sites provide similar judgments (even though they often do), but that they are driven by the same mindset, namely a purpose of infallibility that is often tiresome. Ondarock, operating in Italy, must remain a bit more calm with certain judgments, while Scaruffi can push a little further. But ultimately, aside from some differences born from the necessity to be different and in opposition to each other, the attitude is the same.

No, it's not that he's copying; it's now established that Scaruffi uses what in jargon are called "negri," meaning people who write for him but obviously not accredited, because it's cool to make it seem like he does everything by himself. Ondarock was probably founded by Scaruffian defectors, which is why there are often evident references to two main things. A) Artists from niche genres are almost always preferred over others with broader appeal. B) They have the same way of doing revisionism. Then, it's obvious that there are differences; you can’t copy everything completely, but as they say around here, "struca struca la xe' sepre quela.."

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but Ondarock is a Scaruffian emanation; it just sometimes distances itself to create a stir, but not too often. I'm not saying it's wrong to refer to certain sites, but they should be handled with care, that's for sure.
