Yes, I agree. In fact, the "amosiano" reference in my first post also intended to convey this, but I have my doubts that in Italy we tend to categorize a bit too quickly. Honestly, the first album (I’m talking about L'Aura in this case) had references to other female singer-songwriters, but in a general sense, meaning it didn’t draw from just one. Do you remember the old saying that if you take from one you’re copying, but if you take from many you’re doing research? Well, I would like to make a case in this sense in favor of this "poor" girl.
