Well, a fake alternative going to Sanremo? I think you guys have a fixation on faux-alternativism.

"YOSIF | It's quite curious how the editors, instead of calling for calm in these lengthy discussions or banning those like trotadamare who contribute nothing to the site other than placing childish comments, come out with 'I'm fed up, just go at it, etc.' This is the editorial line, Yosif; it has always been this way, and it’s up to those who frequent the site to have the maturity to 'handle' it. There are both positive and negative aspects to all of this, but it is what it is. Those who write here must accept it or go somewhere else. That’s all there is to it."
Wide Angle Who Is Silvio Berlusconi
Voto:
Well, with Prodi (who embodies the reassuring stereotype that the average Italian always votes) he lost both times he ran. The fact that Prodi was ousted due to internal conflicts within the (center)left is a different story. The truth is that Berlusconi is a mediocre who got to where he is through various shady dealings and now governs thanks to jokes (the second favorite stereotype of the average Italian). Essentially, it was the left itself that placed the country in his hands, and if the issue of conflicts of interest had been addressed when it was time, we wouldn't even be here talking about the political Silvietto. He has incredible media power with three (now six) national networks under his control, and to come to power he needed others to tear each other apart. This is the measure of his mediocrity.

Well, oh my Yosif, I support a team that has won (excluding the Intertoto, which I don’t even consider) the last thing (an FA) in '80 and in Europe can only count on a Cup Winners' Cup (give me back that wonderful competition) in '65, and I shouldn't even be talking, but Inter has been out of the big league in Europe for at least 40 years, so on an international level you're comparable to Roma. In Italy (in the last 4 seasons) it’s a whole other story, but allow me another comparison.

Indeed, Bartle, I remember that in '88 you preferred to feature images of a prophetic Eddie on a review of "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" by some guy named Korn rather than on mine of the same album, which annoyed me quite a bit... only later did I find out about your dark dealings...

By the way, today he didn't even rectify; only Moratti spoke in more conciliatory tones. Anyway, a 0-0 at home isn't a bad result; on the contrary, it puts more pressure on the team playing the second leg at home. The fact remains that Manchester seems to have a little more compared to Inter, and playing at Old Trafford is extremely tough for the visitors. In general, I see all three Italian teams out already in this round; perhaps Juve has a slight chance since there’s been some bad vibes around Stamford lately, but even there, I find it difficult. Then, I hope I'm wrong (and not out of local pride, but because I can't decide which one bothers me the most between Chelsea, Utd, and Arsenal).

And I assure you that I am impartial. Inter doesn't concern me, I hate United...
