Thank you for the compliment, Jurix (I see that among Venetians we understand each other on certain... ahem... things ;-) ) and I agree with you except for one thing... the true beer of the "murer" (or in Vicentine "muraro", translating for those who don't speak Venetian "bricklayer") is the inimitable and unique Forst: may God (if He exists) bless it!

"ONCE AGAIN WE FROM THE CLASS SERVICE... ZZZZZ... Working title "MORE SLEEP-INDUCING... ZZZZZZZ.... USERS OF DEBASER" Sorry, I almost forgot that you can't handle more than two consecutive sentences (and without digressions) ;-) anyway, I prefer you in the logged version. Good night to you too!"

"SPOCCHIOSI RANKING SERVICE ON DEBASER | Date: 25/4/2009 21:26 | Rating: — | Rating for the Album: — you, logged in, are possibly more identifiable than me?"
An intriguing question with a dual answer: A) If we confuse "real life" and "DeBaser," we could say that, no, you are not more identifiable than me (though, for what it’s worth, since it can’t be proven that I am who I claim to be, I assure you about the authenticity of the Cornell photo) but I arrive at answer B) if we take only the interactions on DeBaser (that is, in something purely virtual where even those, like myself, who are more "revealed" are just fakes of themselves), we can only acknowledge that a logged comment (and you will agree with me since you probably have 99% of regularly registered users) carries more weight than an anonymous one, especially if the tone is offensive. That said, we must mention (given the variable that allows in this wonderful site to create multiple accounts that can also be used as fakes) that many logged comments should also be considered "anonymous," but here we are almost delving into the metaphysical, and I won't bore you by delving further.

"At my request for a Red Ale, I found myself faced with half a liter of foam, which I stared at in disbelief." And you deserve it... red beer should only be drunk in places that know how to serve it, and maybe (if you want a lower alcohol content) it should be English Ale or (if you want something more robust) from some craft Belgian brasserie (not necessarily Trappist, let's bust that myth)... and for crying out loud. Let's say no to the vulgarization of Red Beer! P.S. I really can't stand ODPs.

An antique piece! Technically and stylistically a bit aged but still captivating. A lovely rediscovery.

Yes, yes. I understood what he meant; my reply was based on the fact that behind an apparent staticity, the universe of "Peanuts" was (and still is, even though it is "finished") absolutely in tune with human events (both good and bad), and that Schulz's greatness was, indeed, in being able to do this consistently with the same characters and settings for 50 years!
