I had started the review, but my condemnation was so harsh that I gave up. The only good film by Ozpetek is "Il bagno turco," and from there it was a slow descent into the abyss. One more predictable film than the last, a continuous gay pride. The same old overused themes and the same characters playing the same roles endlessly. This time, he throws everything into the mix: drugs, gays, euthanasia, cohabitation, betrayal, friendship, suicide, all blended, sweetened, and polished.
