Back then, I was very impressed by Pure Morning, and I’m still convinced it’s the best thing they’ve done. The rest, as enjoyable as it is, seemed to me like a simple upgrade of the Cure's pop sound from that era, and it also seems to me that the subsequent singles owe quite a few debts to little gems like Inbetween Days and Just Like Heaven... the energy is still there, though.

Thanks to Kurz for the clarifications. I was really sorry to miss the other concerts, even though regarding traffic management I still stand by my opinion: some friends who took the exit before Melpignano coming from Lecce arrived in the square in just a few minutes compared to the nearly 2 hours of blockage that I experienced. Do you know anything about possible recordings of the event?

What about Notwist? Not exactly young, but the latest incarnation of "emotion-filled" electronics is definitely a new star, not to mention that live, the acceleration on the electric part further enriches their excellent studio material. A final stroke of genius with the singer who, despite having very little of the cool style, puts a remix of Pilot along with "Last night a dj saved my life" on the 2 Technics 1200s on stage... bastard pop made in Germany... and here’s who the DJ was! Until the next edition...
