Little spectacular! You even managed to be objective, and the discussion about the performance of a so-called "electronic" music group is really interesting! However, I felt the absence of All I Need and a voice at the level of Beth Hirsch, and I also had the impression that they were more concerned about not wrinkling their clothes on stage than about playing for the audience... if it weren't for the excellent company keeping me awake... I arrived at the concert really too tired; maybe for me it would have been better to see an electronic live set less ambient, like Underworld or Chemical Bros! Nevertheless, some moments like Venus and Le Femme d'Argent were truly exceptional...

for Hal: I think Lisa's absence was quite a blow, no doubt about it... I wonder if Damien once again resorted to the German salad to justify her or if he had to admit to being poisoned by some trendy Milanese aperitif :D

Ach! Did I write a sappy review? Actually, I wanted to highlight the importance of the emotional aspect in live performances, with their pros and cons. On one hand, it’s truly gratifying to find an artist who can genuinely engage the audience, and paradoxically, despite the absence of the language barrier, few Italians can do it with the naturalness shown by Damien Rice. On the other hand, we’ve reached some extremes bordering on the ridiculous, with him kneeling and a lost gaze turned towards the sky, right?

Indeed, the cover is awful and Pharrell is insufferably everywhere, but it's a given that every time I listen to some hip-hop track on the radio and don’t switch the station right away, the Neptunes are behind it (maybe accompanied by some lovely lady like Beyonce or Kelis... :D) but are they the same solo as in their productions? And then Provider, which I liked a lot, where is it? Last: Frantz, it's true that Air is too posh to do concerts that don’t put you to sleep, but at least they’re worth it on record!

a record that wore out really quickly... hailed as a masterpiece upon release, it didn’t even have time to make it to the end-of-year playlists, truly pointless.

Hi, I found references to this mirror only in the US section of their website, and it should be an EP from the pre-DFA period, so without the "funk" part... do you know anything more?

Those videos were truly spectacular, but it was also logical to expect that they wouldn't want to keep repeating themselves forever... it's just a shame that shaming boybands and various teen idols hasn't stopped record labels from continuing to propose them! Unless the blink weren't one of them...
