Unfortunately, Aphex Twin was scheduled at the same time as Bright Eyes and, due to a lack of ubiquity—which we'll need to work on if next year they put together a lineup like this again—we had to pass. Regarding RealAXL: it's true that not much or nothing at all reaches the south, but honestly, I can't even remember the last time NO passed through Italy. Keep in mind that I know quite a few people who made the trip just to see them... batteria ricaricabile

so cool the Carmen Consoli orientale ;) women with guitars always have an effect on me... but it's tough to reconnect the spaces in these links...
Bright Eyes Live @ Spazio 211

beautiful pollack! and I have to say there’s a certain pleasure in being recognized with a deshirt in impromptu demeeting!
@psycho: oberst is annoying, he has that first-class prick style, but it’s hard not to be glued to listening to him, really, and he knows how to move his band like a train, even in this more new wave than electronic guise.
I then have a teenage imprinting from being a cure fan that makes me particularly benevolent towards anyone who shows up a little pale, in a black t-shirt, with a dazed look and a trembling voice... there, I said it, I liked this live performance more than the traditional one I saw at transilvania, much to the chagrin of the debaseriota in disguise...
Turin Brakes Jackinabox

I had heard that this album would be a return to the acoustic sounds of the debut after the slight misstep of ether song, but I actually find the previous one much more interesting. This one leaves me with just a pleasant summer vibe, but the songs are rather weak. Everything works best in the electronic infusions to the formula, as in the last, delightful, como and go... live, however, they are exceptional, and Ollie Knights' voice is up to the task, even though I wouldn't know how they sound now, since the "electric temptations" of ether song in the live show I saw back then had taken on a definitive form...
Moby I Like to Score

Enea, it's clear that it’s a real pleasure! I thought that "I like to score" was just made up of covers of movie themes, but there are even Joy Division in there...
Ligabue Buon compleanno Elvis
Voto:
I've always found it amusing the arrogance of the music journalists from Repubblica who would tear apart anyone, only to later idolize Ligabue as the hero of a generation... the NME style applied to Italy...
Billy Corgan The Future Embrace

sad story, the end of the smashing and corgan's boundless ego... after siamese dream and mellon collie, I thought they were now unmovable from my musical tastes, instead... hey donz, if you feel like writing about the beck concert as well in the wake of the first hot comments, it’s always very much appreciated ;)
Richard O'Brien The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Voto:
love at first sight! I saw it on raitre ages ago, by the way with even funnier subtitles than the film... by the way, around halfway through the movie, they inexplicably disappeared, probably due to the translator's heart attack, who could no longer come up with improbable solutions to make the double-meaning sci-fi!

Enea, I like you and I also like the review, but this album had one sole purpose, which was to serve as the soundtrack for nonsolomoda; once that’s done...
