I saw it a week ago too. The image of the hands of Jesus Christ nailed is stunning... excellent critique of society and Christianity, the director indeed poses a question: is it a beautiful message from Christ that to leave a message of love, he allows himself to be crucified? Is it right to set oneself on fire in protest? Is there a need to externalize everything?

Burroughs is a great master. This book managed to make me feel unwell not only psychologically but also physically. It is truly raw and direct, which makes it a great masterpiece; his thoughts flow through the book and continue to live...in constant motion. I adore the monkey on his back.
