Fabrizio De André Anime salve

De André here reaches the highest textual levels, but musically he suffers a bit from excessive prolixity in the arrangements due to Fossati's pedantry.
Antonello Venditti - Francesco De Gregori Theorius Campus
Voto:
De Gregori here is not at the exceptional levels of the later albums, but that creative spark is already evident, one that will make millions of fans fall in love. Signora Aquilone: ethereal, dreamlike, graceful. La casa del pazzo: suggestive, overlooked, bleak. Dolce signora che bruci: delicate, ambiguous, with two voices (with Venditti clearly overshadowing De Gregori's voice, and that's also why this album is my least favorite of De Gregori). Vocazione 1 e 1/2: mysterious, dreamy, ironic. In mezzo alla città: daring (for the alternating rhythmic structure), subdued, restless. Little Snoring Willy is an authentic gem because it is the only song by De Gregori in English and it’s delightful for its irony towards a certain early Beatles style. Anyway, the presence of Venditti LOWERS THE VALUE OF THIS ALBUM:

Well done killrockstar76, great review for a stratospheric, inimitable and unmatched disc. Thank you Francesco De Gregori for existing and singing in this bitter life of joys. BUFALO BILL is one of the absolute masterpieces of international music.

What the fuck kind of review is this? It's not clear what you think of the album or the artist... Seriously, before writing such shit, get your thoughts straight and clear the crap that’s flooding your brain!!!! Talk about De Gregori with some actual understanding and not just bullshit, got it KINETIC of this crap?

I would like to add an appendix for the usual jerk Poletti who still claims that De Gregori hasn't released a good album in ages! Come on, please stop talking HUMAN CRAP and waste your time spouting nonsense about someone else who's a jerk like him! The encyclopedia of crap.

an interesting tour because it puts alongside the ALTISSIMO (De Gregori obviously) three other esteemed and discreet singers who offer their best with the participation of DEGRE, which greatly enhances the quality of the show. A live album that's not essential, especially since it's done with three people who are more appreciated for their human qualities than for their musical ones. Nonetheless, when De Gregori is present, it's more than enough.
Francesco De Gregori - Giovanna Marini Il Fischio Del Vapore

and lastly this is a political record, a sentimental suffering as the soul of a great singer-songwriter and intellectual who reinterprets the popular, historic Italian song to shed light on a piece of history that must always be remembered to move forward and live by the right values that people like you, not recognizing the class of an artist like De Gregori, only deserve to GO FUCK YOURSELF!!!!!

this is an exceptional album like all the others from degre (it's hard to rank his gems) that finally brings to light a great part of our oral, popular culture, which gave so much during the dark years of fascism and the abuses committed by idiots like you who didn't care about what is beautiful and deserves to be spread in this shit reality we live in, where berlusconi has become premier also thanks to assholes like you!

But for fuck's sake, can't you ever shut up, you piece of shit, spreading your crap about De Gregori and, in this case, about Giovanna Marini, illustrious singer and scholar of folk music, who should give you a nice brainwashing so you can see how small you really are!!!!! After "Terra di Nessuno," De Gregori made other stunning albums, even better than the one you claim is the last worthy of his name. SHAME ON YOU and fuck off!
