Hi guys, thanks to everyone for leaving a comment or just for reading, it's always nice to bore you! I felt the need to return to these pages more verbose and longer than ever, with an elephant's stamp marked burzumme. Nes: I watched the movie on YouTube (English version subtitled in Spanish), can you believe it? But it can also be found on certain streaming sites with English subtitles. See you next time!

Wardruna, November 16 at the Union Chapel where Hypnopazuzu played, but I don't know if I'll go, it has to cost at least less than 12 pounds...

Hi! I really appreciated your approach, finally something non-trivial said about one of the most anticipated releases of the year from one of the most important metal bands. I don’t agree with everything, and sometimes your way of reasoning seemed logically flawed to me, but it’s the best review of this album I’ve seen online. The others seem written by people who don’t even seem to have listened to the album. Or, if they did listen to it, they just went looking for confirmation of their own preconceived notions. A kind of mass epidemic that has struck the metalhead “help help the Irons are making long and verbose tracks, help! Help!” In my opinion, the album is truly remarkable, and I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say it’s the best since Seventh Son. The central part of The Red and the Black is tear-jerking, and Empire of the Clouds is among the best songs ever written by the Irons. The problem, if anything, is not the length of the tracks, but the fact that they can no longer create truly convincing choruses: that’s why it’s good that they focus on the instrumental parts, which I don’t see as prog, but “Iron cubed.” I also wrote a review here: METAL MIRROR: PENSIERI A CAZZO SU “THE BOOK OF SOULS” (IRON MAIDEN) Hello everyone!

Scott Walker is great, but it's best that his albums continue to be released on a decadal schedule... Bish Bosch I still need to digest, this release is too similar and too close to the previous one... Plus we have Sunn O))) who have not strayed from what they’ve been doing for fifteen years now and who, in this context, seemed less impactful than usual... the result doesn't satisfy me, suspended between the mannered and the hastily done... Nothing takes away from the great names that appear on the cover, but better could have been done... I wanted to write a review myself but I haven't clarified in my mind the final judgment... for now, just a passing mark for the esteem and affection...

Hi hellring, I have always followed your reviews with interest, which I find objective, balanced, and well-written. I'm writing just to make a small note that I hope you read in a constructive way: in my opinion, your reviews lack a bit of passion, something that would make them perfect, even at the expense of objectivity; they are a bit plain when, in reality, you could use a more enthusiastic tone (if you speak well of the album in question) or a more ironic one (if you speak poorly of it). A piece of advice? Be less technical/didactic, spice up the band's story with some cheeky observations, or aim for emotions with more striking descriptions that can really grab the reader's gut (for example, these days I was reading a review from your almost-namesake hell, which made me want to go listen to the band described on YouTube, and even if it’s probably not a masterpiece as good hell claimed, I’ll probably take the disk for myself > objective of the review: achieved!). After all, we’re talking about fucking heavy metal and throwing in some nonsense is perfectly acceptable... bye, until next time!

No, I don't love the Conte Ambient either... I can handle an episode, albeit long, in an electric disk, but the works done in prison I found almost pathetic; I haven't even listened to the latest ones...

Thank you all for the contributions... in my opinion, the truth lies in the middle. On one hand, it’s true that Death without Chuck doesn’t make sense (and in fact, if an album of unreleased tracks were to come out, perhaps even originally written by Chuck, I would NEVER buy it); on the other hand, it’s also true that Death's music is so seminal that a) we hear parts of it in all metal bands; b) yes, I also think of it as classical compositions that survive Chuck, whose spirit still lingers even when played by others. It's a different story for Nirvana and Cubain: in the end, his songs were simple tunes made great by his interpretation, his charisma, his personality. Without him, they remain simple tunes. That said, I would say the ticket shouldn’t cost more than 10 euros, because we are still talking about cover bands (and not reunions...)
