"I believe that after a certain date, rock has decisively distanced itself from the significant artistic levels achieved during the golden years of progressive." I apologize, Hetzer, but now you're mixing things up! In your review, you write that only progressive rock could reach such high levels, not that only progressive could achieve such heights in rock. If you're careful, you'll notice that the difference between the two expressions is vast. Again, in the review, you state "render superfluous and chaotic (with very few exceptions) what music has produced after '77," and here you talk about MUSIC in general, you don't say "what rock has produced after '77." Once more, the difference is enormous. From the review, it seems that for you, after '77, all - or almost all - music is superfluous, and in this case, there are no "purely personal opinions" that hold, it's evidently a statement too big for you, as it is for any of us, reviewers or commentators! I repeat, there are no personal opinions that hold; you simply can't afford to say something like that. It would be a completely different matter if you were referring only to rock (not to all music), and in this case, of course, taste comes into play. But at least you have to acknowledge that this would only be clear from your comment; the review implied something entirely different. Cheers.

I'm sorry, but these comments might be repetitive, yet the last sentence is really stupid.

"Too bad our trashers messed up" first mistakes, in tHrashers there should be an H, and maybe a subjunctive wouldn't have looked out of place (they messed up). "Even if I didn't understand what it depicts" again maybe a nice subjunctive, huh? "Metallica seem to have really come back, not thrashers but at least they still know how to build songs..." (????) "Fuel: powerful riff, out of tune guitar" The guitar is perfectly tuned, half a step down, but still tuned! "The album in question is 'Re-load', a product with strong commercial impact and in some cases commercial" after reading this nonsensical sentence, I laughed for half an hour. "sealed change marked by the haircut" auhahah. Sealed? auhahah. Now, getting serious, I don't want to be a pain in the neck, but I think good Italian is essential if one wants to write reviews; the issue of content, at least in this case, comes after! As for the album, it's all pathetic, starting right from Fuel... what a ridiculous song! Unfortunately, the only Unforgiven II (the only one worth mentioning, and coincidentally it was composed based on a piece from 6 years before) can't save it from a 1!

I’ve never listened to them, and judging by your beautiful review, they seem to be just what I need. So, is this album the best in their discography? I'm waiting for some pointers :D
