The jab at Tozzi could have been avoided, especially since he (and someone should explain this to him) is not the guru or the prophet of Italian song. Great records, of course, a masterpiece like "Radici," but there are people who have done a thousand times better than him.

More important than a holiday on Lake Como? More important than spending time with friends at Christmas and New Year? I don't think so. I understand that the music is beautiful, but it's not the only thing in life. With all due respect, when I'm on vacation, I tell Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Frank Zappa, and anyone else to take a hike, and I just focus on having fun and relaxing.
