I like it too. Turn On The Water is a wonderful song, as is I'm Her Slave, Conjure Me, and the ghost track Miles Iz Ded.

No way, it was the Flippaut 2003. There were Turbonegro, White Stripes, the Queens, and Audioslave. I have a great memory of the Queens' performance: the best, clearly superior even to the headliners Audioslave. And then there was also Mark Lanegan who sang on three tracks: Hangin' Tree, In The Fade, and Song For The Dead. That was indeed a great concert.

I instead find that Mogol is an inconsistent lyricist. He has written some immense rubbish, and his current artistic partnership with Bella and Celentano can only dishonor his past, but he has also written some beautiful lyrics, simple yet interesting in their own way. He was certainly less refined and learned than Pannella, Battisti's other lyricist, but perhaps for this reason more spontaneous and genuine (when he did things well, of course).

What a lucky bastard psychopompe!!! :-) He got to see Soundgarden in their heyday with Kyuss in their prime, lucky him! The most I've seen are Queens Of The Stone Age in their heyday (who were still a great band) with Audioslave, who I liked at the time but soon after I completely set them aside and never paid them any mind again. I miss that too; I only know the songs that are on Wretch, which is certainly not a masterpiece. Blues For The Red Sun is a real gem, one of the best albums of the 90s, and just a step below is the phenomenal Welcome To Sky Valley.

To tell the truth, in 1971 Battisti was indeed celebrated; he was not a debutant. This album, along with "Il nostro caro angelo" and "Anima Latina," is the most experimental. This is exactly the Battisti I prefer, the one from the experimental phase, whether it be prog-psych or tribal. Anima Latina is a masterpiece.

Ultra-banal review. One thing that seems to be trending lately is writing glowing reviews and then giving the album a mediocre rating... Whatever! As for U2, I think they were at their most respectable only up to Achtung Baby: until then, they were certainly an overrated band and definitely not exceptional, but they still did some good things. After that, complete crap, a steep dive into a sea of filth! The disgraceful and ignominious production of the last 15 years has sullied even the vaguely good they did in the '80s. 3.5 for the album.

They’ve never thrilled me. A few catchy and nice little songs, nothing to write home about. But to say that Learn To Fly is an unforgettable piece is quite another thing!

And then you gave him three!!! By the way, after writing a completely praising review! Shameful!!!

Because it's yet another one, and you could have at least written the title correctly!
