Johnny Cash American IV: The Man Comes Around

Yes, it's true, the review is very nice and engaging, the album is profound, intense, and the performer is great. Besides the mentioned covers, I also wanted to highlight the presence of "In my life" by the Beatles. I will listen to it again.

Maybe it's a play on words that brings to mind "expresso love" Grasshopper, but eventually Claudio will tell us. The album evokes teenage memories, nice memories all in all, a bit distant. Regarding the rating - for what it's worth - I generally agree (I'd say 3.5) because some tracks were indeed a bit weak like the molasses of hand in hand and the filler les boys. But didn't that Dobro guitar fascinate you madly as kids?

Ah, I agree on the bassist instead :) but I also agree on Mingus (shit… I can get it for you if you want), but I’ve never seen the DVD; I do know the album, I vote for that. I didn’t understand a damn thing about the review as always. Random vote as usual.

Odradek, as far as I'm concerned, I speak for myself and claim the right to speak for myself and not for any group or supposed one. That some people agree or disagree with what I've said is perfectly normal. So there's no group logic here. I clearly think this guy has said nonsense, I've said it and I reiterate it. I did it here, I would do it anywhere. There’s no "victim" here - real or apparent - just a behavior that I personally find unacceptable. Now, if our guy had responded differently, for example by saying "I explained myself poorly, it wasn't my intention blah blah blah," well, I would have been the first to say "peace and love" and to apologize for having raised the tone myself. But he wanted to double down, raise the stakes, and even talk about "irony," making others look like visionaries. But please. What a brazen face.

But why are you talking, Enriko? To add bullshit to bullshit? Politically correct? Mental flexibility? First you piss out of the pot and then you hide behind this nonsense? You really have some nerve. Are you taking lessons from the Prime Minister? Assertion-reaction-denial. No thanks, we've already been through that. Come on, give me a break. Serious matters exist, and what you've written on this page is pathetic nonsense. Got it? Do you know the term pathetic? It fits what you've written. No irony in those words, so now the "seriousness" of telling you to pick wild asparagus is completely justified. But try to have the humility to say "I said bullshit, I'm sorry," otherwise you can go pick wild asparagus.

You’ve said a ton of bullshit and then you talk about irony? Come on, give me a break, the Prince would say. Irony, what a load of crap. Is this irony? "Anyway, go to work and leave Naples... try moving to Cuneo: forget about the social center at Gugnaniello, Montecristo, pagnottamella, puttanamadre... there are places there that are unspeakable, where gangs of maniacs, high on the spring water of God Po, chase poor Devil-horned bastards like you until, from all the running and shouting: “amuzzarella...a puchiacca e' mammata...o tramm'ammuro...curre curre guagliò....” your intestines start coming out little by little from your ass, forming a thread of Ariadne that we will use to skin you alive." Irony? IRONY? You really need to have the face of a butt to appeal to irony after writing this nonsense. Go... go gather the maruzze, miserable, and reflect on your blatant idiocy. Pedal.

Same old story, dottmarcus ... de gustibus, but I wouldn't turn down a concert - despite the review - either. Hi :)

Well, since we're at it, let's also remember Pascal Comelade in the influences of Capossela. Influences from which he has emancipated himself quite well (it seems to me that it was written not only in the review, but also in the comments section). I have seen him live twice, and there was a marked evolution between the first concert and the second.
