I never would have thought I would read a review of this album in here. I heard it from a friend a while ago along with other discs from Sardinian musicians, from Elena Ledda to Gavino Murgia. After all, the island's musical scene is quite lively, even though it's often underground. Ultimately, your original and unique proposal shows the desire to shed some light on this landscape, and you’re doing well.

I’m currently reading a book dedicated to the Polish composer "vita di chopin attraverso le lettere," which presents a different picture from the usual depictions. For instance, his youth reveals a sense of irony, in a way that is not commonly associated with Chopin's name. Beyond the beauty of his works, I have always been struck by the dedication, the quest, the labor, and the inner intensity he devoted to music. I am not familiar with this edition you propose, so my judgment goes to the work itself.

Nice film. If I remember correctly, it was filmed in Prague, where Milos Forman returned after a prolonged absence due to political reasons. The review is good too.

Miles Davis Cookin' With The Miles Davis Quintet

Perhaps I’m mistaken, but I read somewhere that this record - along with others - was recorded primarily to close the contractual relationship with Prestige, given the transition to Columbia Records. Personally, I’ve always found this record (and the other Prestige albums, "Relaxin'..." in particular) beautiful. The review seems good to me. The only doubt I have is about the chronology presented; I didn’t remember that "Cookin'" was the last in the series. Perhaps it was recorded along with other records in the series, but I can’t recall the order of release. Cheers.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Don Giovanni

Don Giovanni, you invited me to dinner and I have come... I would have never believed it, but I will do what I can... Leporello, another dinner, make sure it is brought right away... Ah master, we are all dead, ah master, we are all dead... Hold on a minute, one does not feast on earthly food who feasts on heavenly food, etc. etc... What to say? A wonderful opera, genius, twists and turns, blah blah blah, in truth, I really have no desire to add anything.
