Thank you, John, I will provide the news to my pusher ;)
Michael Hedges Aerial Boundaries

I didn't know he was dead. I didn't even remember his appearance on DOC (what a show), it's been a few years. Anyway... you say "Don't call it new age," that's fine, but regardless of the classifications, sometimes it gave me the idea that his music wasn't entirely alien to sounds of that genre. Windham Hill was considered akin to new age. Several years ago, I binge-listened to the sounds of this label and also to Michael Hedges. The listening impression I remember is that he played multiple guitars simultaneously. Amazing, no doubt about it. Now it’s been years since I’ve listened to him, maybe it’s the right time to do so.

Today I need an album like this… I will find a way to console myself in its absence. A favor JohnOfPatmos: to find the album I need to know the label and distribution, yes I know I could google it, but I prefer to take advantage of debaser ;))
Bruno Maderna The Oboe Concertos
Voto:
This passage struck me a lot: "the composer only provides a framework that the soloist and conductor can freely develop." But at this point, the composition is largely entrusted to the interpretation of the performers, so if every performance can differ in the improvised content, the author in this case is as much Maderna as it is Holliger. Interesting... I find it intriguing, even though at times I have a conflicted relationship with contemporary music.

Thank you, Stefanet. I took a look at the site and heard something. I must say I'm a bit perplexed for now, but listening on the web is often too superficial. I'll pass the distribution and label data to my dealer. Bye.

Stefanet, I printed your review and delivered it to my music dealer (by the way, he liked it), but he asked for information regarding the record label and the distribution of the album. Can you help me? Hi and thanks.
Bruno Lauzi Nostaljazz

The review is very nice and intriguing; I must confess I didn't expect Bruno Lauzi to have so many qualities, and now I’m really curious to listen to this album, which I might have bought anyway just for Musante's beautiful cover.

Today the sun is incredible, and soon I'll head to the beach for lunch, taking Kiko with me; it's the perfect day. Then I think it will be hard to part with him ;)) Cheers and let’s put aside our prejudices :)
Francesco Guccini Parnassius Guccinii
Voto:
I heard Acque in concert in Genoa a few months before the album was released. It's not Guccini at his best, but it's not his worst either. 3.5 seems fair.

I have a good memory of this album. I agree with Grasshopper's judgment. I liked it a lot back then, and sure, years later it hasn't come back like other classics, but some songs have stuck in my head, and that's not a small thing. Bye
