Most illustrious and cordial sir wrecking car, with this letter I take pleasure in communicating to you that the recent reading of this description of the aforementioned disc by the torturers Knut, unfortunately unknown to me, has indeed ignited such a curiosity within me that it has raised numerous questions about the reasons that have so far unjustly precluded my knowledge of these individuals and their sonic craftsmanship. Perhaps the declassification into the Post-Hardcore Viking genres could be an acceptable explanation, as I have so far been little accustomed to such contexts, which you have graciously described. But there is always time to shed skin, change ideas, contexts, and opinions, especially if they are too similar to prejudices. Should this occur, know from now on your role as a protagonist in having contributed to the dismantling of others' musical barriers of a divisive nature (ad excludendum) which, in my case, have never been raised too solidly.

Heron, can you tell me the name of the label because I'm quite interested in your mention, thx. A greeting also to Senmayan and Dante, whose comment I'm only reading now. Bye.
Francesco Guccini L'isola non trovata

However... as Grasshopper rightly pointed out, there exists both a political Guccini and an existential one. In this record - as in others - the latter prevails, which in my opinion is the better of the two. His music is perhaps sparse, but perfectly suited to the narrative context because it allows the right space for the words, for the stories, indeed for the true and proper narrative paintings of which Guccini is capable. As for his voice, I didn't like it at first either, but then I realized that it made no sense to separate it from the songs, from the words, from the music that present a unity that couldn't be different. I find it unfair to say that Guccini has little to do with music, while fully respecting the fact that some may not like it. But I would invite you to listen to him with the right attention, the kind that Grasshopper highlights in this review, before passing judgment.
