Radical Face Ghost

great page, nice proposal, pretty album (3 and a half stars), one "negative" impression: I have the feeling that many musicians these days (too many?) linger on the same comforting atmospheres... anyway, I think we have a lot of common listening.
Chick Corea & Gary Burton Live @ Wiener Konzerthaus, 2 aprile 2008, Vienna
Voto:
I saw Chick Corea in concert a few years ago and I have a good memory of it, a concert in progress. I confirm what the Count said about Salis and Marcotulli, I’ve heard them play in concert several times, playing with the piano strings by inserting plastic bags; Marcotulli once used a necklace of stones. ps Gary Burton is great.

Luigi Tenco Tenco
Voto:
I would like to have more time to talk about Tenco, who cannot be summed up in two words, but... so I'll just say two things: 1. about modernity... listen to his lesser-known songs, like "giornali femminili" or "la ballata della moda" 2. about memory "lascia che sia fiorito, signore, il suo sentiero..."

Beautiful page and beautiful record that isn't sad but has melancholic veins for me. Anyway, given the references in the review, if you get a chance, listen to "For Emma, Forever Ago" by Bon Iver, you might like it. Haloa
