Sorry Punisher, but I believe I spoke clearly. I agree that the review is idiotic (no offense, I'm just borrowing the term you used), it's not light; lightness is something else in my opinion. Furthermore, there's nothing veiled in what I've said, and I don't intend for there to be anything veiled, at least. If you feel that any part of my statement is unclear, I am ready to clarify. However, I kindly ask you to refrain from attributing a meaning to my words that does not belong to them. Thank you in advance.

Since I have the impression that I explained myself poorly, let me clarify: I haven't asked for explanations because I'm not interested. Period. I don't have time to devote to discussing this nonsense, but even if I did, I would do something else. If, for example, we want to talk about music or other things worth noting (for me), I'm happy to. If we want to indulge in the lightness of a well-made joke, I'm pleased. I usually find quite the opposite in these pages you write, hence I have no interest, I don't read them, they bore me, I skip them, with all due respect to those who find them interesting: the world is beautiful because it is varied. In this case, I am dragged into it, so I could not refrain from expressing at least some perplexity regarding an operation whose ends are frankly hard to understand if detached from the mere, yet equally pointless, provocation. On the other hand – I reiterate – I don’t care to have any explanation, I believe it is unnecessary. I anyway thank you for the generously offered advice, assuring you that regarding my lifestyle, it was not needed. And since we are talking about advice, I invite you not to confuse the category of lightness with that of superficiality. I hope I clarified myself, and if not, I apologize, remaining available to clarify further if I have the time, opportunity, and desire. Best wishes and kisses emoticon as you like.

From the page of latest comments, I arrive here, read, and to understand the sense of it, I feel compelled to read the review as well. Thus, I recognize that one of the parts is taken from the introductory section of a review I wrote some time ago, namely that of Ascenseur Pour L'échafaud by Miles Davis. If I add cum grano salis Punisher's explanations in the comments to this fact, I must conclude that I need to consider myself the subject of this review along with other reviewers. Whether this happens correctly or not does not concern me. I naively thought that albums should be reviewed, or at most that we should strive to share our emotions arising from the music; I didn't think that reviewers themselves would be the subject of a review. Honestly, I don't understand why, nor at this point do I care to know.

I have very little time, wanderer, but I cannot leave without at least marking my presence on this wonderful page; I just hope I can come back soon :)

Beautiful imagines PaMeLlO. Not only did you make me want to listen to this album, but also to return to a small restaurant in Prague :)
Offlaga Disco Pax Live In Milano @ Casa 139 - 3 giugno 2006

I heard a little while ago a member of Offlaga Disco Pax on Rai Stereo Notte. I don't know if you've ever listened to this radio show; it works like this: the guest musician tells their story while a series of tracks chosen by the guest are played, highlighting their musical background. I knew very little of what was presented, but it was really interesting music that suited the guest well, who was also quite likable. The review is also charming and enjoyable.

Interesting as always, Odradek. This could be an album for me; then I'll listen to the samples. Thx
John Williams Memoirs Of A Geisha - Soundtrack

I didn't like the film except for the costumes and certain photographs. I had the impression that the screenplay favored the love story over the training of a geisha, which could have been much more interesting. I found it paradoxically not very oriental. I don't particularly remember the background soundtrack.

I align myself with Mauri's judgment; a well-made, thoughtful record, albeit not surprising, with the flaw of potentially becoming tiring in the long run, as Punisher says.

I was introduced to it by Kosmogabri some time ago, and it has become a track that comes back on the turntable from time to time; I'll listen to it again tonight. Hi!
