@Bartleboom... mumble...mumble...., in "Clerical Cospiracy" there's a repeated roll and a deep sound in the ride that really add flavor to the song. If I take those away, I'm left stranded, but it's hard for me to explain since I'm not a musician; I hope you forgive me and still understand. In "The Best Of Enemies," symbols accumulate upon symbols for more than eight minutes, even though it's true that half the song repeats itself. However, I had never heard anything like that before; the same goes for the opening track of side B. I would say that piling up torches and streetlights on the path of a song while making it both digestible and epic is extremely difficult. On "Hystory..." to "Cautionary Tale," it resembles "Let There Be Death," which is why I mentioned Onslaught (ironically, produced by Andy Sneap today). Also, "Hosanna In Excelsis" seems quite straightforward to me. It's clear that the salad is well-dressed with "Behind The Crooked Cross" and "Horned Is The Haunter." Essentially, I believe that de gustibus applies, although for me, the small flaw of the album continues to be the vocals, which subtly fatigue my brain. When I hear "One man one vision racial purity..." at the beginning, I think of the wrathful Flegias from Dante, whereas in "Dreamweaver," it seems like Flegias is less wrathful and the voice expands from his throat. These are the conjectures I’ve come up with while reading your comment. Naturally, my assertions are just points of view, feelings that come to mind when thinking about Sabbat. That’s the beauty of music: it pushes people to compare and talk about how they feel inside; when I meet someone, I always try to learn their tastes in music and films, and I feel down if someone doesn’t follow anything. Essentially, you can listen to everything, and it would be nice to be able to explain why a song or a melody is pleasing, but if that doesn’t happen, it doesn’t matter—you know that something resonates with you. I realize I'm formulating convoluted thoughts, so I'll turn off the tap and go to bed. Goodnight, everyone:DDDD

Well said extro, Sabbat have produced two exceptional albums, but I must admit that "Dreamweaver" requires more listens to be fully appreciated; however, once digested, it is something fabulous, and you feel like you're transported to the Middle Ages, amidst gloomy tales or the gray days of our time, gray in the sense of foggy or cloudy. You can even enjoy it on a sunny Saturday like this: it's timeless music. Thank you:DDDDD

Listening to it again in the car, I watched the hills in the background with beautiful clouds...

@iside I hope you found the album "Elena e il gatto":DDD. I just wrote my opinion on the review in question, namely "Wonderful."

Great album! Never thought it could sound like rock with this compositional quality; sometimes I feel like I'm hearing the Queensrÿche from "Hear In the Now Frontier," but that's just my vague impression. The days of "Five Guns West" are far behind. Great artist I have reevaluated thanks to your reviews:DDDD

There are even some blast beats that you call "sometimes unusual rhythms." Thrash-Grind avant la lettre...

Good review. I've always heard bad things about the album, and this review certainly won't make me want to look for it.
