I'll tell you something: A Perfect Circle's not on a break, they've actually disbanded for good. Maynard himself stated this a while ago: he declared that the adventure with the Perfect Circle is over, and that he now wants to focus solely on Tool. And we remembered them... just like that.

No, look, I have no words for the uselessness of anonymous comments. I really have no words. Come on, I’ll comment on it for you if you want a review. "Demon" is quite nice: maybe a bit light as a listen, but it’s great background music for passing the time. The tracks I liked the most are "Your Fight Is Over" and "Audrey In The Country". "Sister In Love" is a very lively song (the video is nice) but a bit underwhelming compared to the average of the whole album. Nice review: maybe slightly brief, but with great eloquence. As for the point where you say the album is best interpreted while in a comatose drunken state... I’ll let you know in a couple of years! :-D
