Too bad, it wasn't the subtle irony of G & D that I was hoping for. There's really no sense of humor anymore.

Mauro is back? The comments from puntinicaz (which I don't agree with even one bit regarding Bruce Springsteen) matter as much as those from others, and certainly much, much more than your silly outbursts of insults.

"Pop-rock": here’s the solution, damn it! Bruce Springsteen is pop-rock, great for me, disgusting for you. Peace made, and I say goodbye because I need to free up the computer, or they’ll knock on me.

Speaking of Britney Spears, with all the imaginative efforts possible, I cannot picture her with a guitar and harmonica indignantly talking to us about homelessness and unemployed Americans... I truly believe her genre has nothing to do with Bruce's. And her genre is pop.

But who said they are worth nothing instrumentally? I might have some issues with my ears, but when I hear the sound of the E Street Band, they seem to me anything but a bunch of noisy idiots.

There are also pollens around: allergies are stronger during this time. Let’s hope it doesn’t lead to anaphylactic shock: after all, he’s a good kid.

Regarding the album, despite its extraordinary fame, I don't consider it among the masterpieces of the Boss. "Born To Run" or "The River" are on another level. However, it's a great rock album, perhaps a bit too accessible to mainstream taste, in my opinion. If only there were more like it. The review seems good to me, but a bit too celebratory (calling it the Everest of rock'n'roll seems really excessive!).
