This is what you call specialization... We have "Brothers in Arms" and "On Every Street" left (the latter unfairly criticized in my opinion) and then you’re done, at least for the studio albums. For me, this is the most ambitious album by the D.S., as they try to go beyond the excellent blues-rock of their early days. This doesn’t mean it’s the best, but it’s still a masterpiece.

Finally, someone else who remembers our glorious minstrel, still a bit immature here and searching for his identity, but already with interesting ideas ("To create your eyes" and "Let me be the band" are worthy of the later "The moon," which I consider his true masterpiece). A very sparse review and, in my opinion, a bit too enthusiastic for an album that sounds a bit "fresh from conservatory," just to use a phrase from the reviewer.

Finally, poor Capossela, reduced to a parrot imitating other people's genres. Instead, it seems to me that, even while “elbowing” and therefore working hard, he has ultimately created his own style. Overall, an excellent and passionate review partially marred by judgments that are perhaps a bit too drastic (at least for me, I mean).

Let’s continue with what bothers me the most: Guccini and De André canonized... but by whom? The silent majority of this filthy, forzitaliota-neofascist country considers them no-global stuff, and some even call them "bad teachers," like Renato Curcio the Carbonaro... No, we’re not on the same page here, in my opinion. Canonized because they sold a lot of records? Because, for example, in Florence there is already Via Fabrizio De André, poet and musician? Perhaps, but they will always remain phenomena that are, as they say, "niche," if not elite.

Let's start with what is obvious: it's absolutely right to rediscover and reassess Piero Ciampi, after a life of misunderstandings. I feel doubly guilty for having always postponed it, doubly so as a Tuscan. Each time I read about this author, I promise myself that I will.

I think of it this way: 1) 3) 2) 5) 4) (my order of your numbers, I’m pleased to see that we agree on the first one). But then also 6) A trick of the tail and 7) Wind and wuthering, always underrated in my opinion.

You make me blush... I wonder if this time "El Killer Guevo" will come to bring me back to earth.

On A Trick of the Tail and Wind and Wuthering (which I reviewed), I have a very different opinion from you, and at the time I had a heated debate with Mr_Iko (by the way, what happened to him?) precisely because he believed I overrated these two albums too much.

No, Andrea has already tortured us with Abacab, and for now, I've never repeated any reviews. However, compared to Abacab, this is still a decent album. Nothing more, though: gray, decadent, uncertain, although not monstrous.

Actually, there's another thing I don't understand: what is the Expresso score? (perhaps a typo)
