The Who The Who Sell Out
Voto:
So, I'm addressing the hypothetical internet users interested in learning a bit about The Who's discography: don't make the mistake of buying this after Who's Next and Tommy, you'll be disappointed at first glance. The albums of The Who (like those of any other band, but theirs in particular, in my opinion) should ideally be purchased in strict chronological order. In short, it took me a while to process it. Now I consider it a really great album.

Well, if I had to say how much I think it’s worth, I would say 10. If I had to express how much I like it, that is, how much enjoyment I get from listening to it on a scale from 1 to 10, I would say 7, so I take an average and give it 4. This is my method. I try to separate a critical judgment as much as possible (even though it’s not always achievable) from an assessment of the pure pleasure I feel while listening. A monumental rock opera; as a critic, one could only give it the highest possible score. For the reasons mentioned above, I give it 4.
Led Zeppelin In Through The Out Door

Some great pieces, alongside several mediocre ones.
Led Zeppelin III

Excellent.
Led Zeppelin Led Zeppelin IV

AC/DC better than Led Zeppelin??
Hmm.
For me, it’s an overrated album.
Rating: 3.5
Pere Ubu The Modern Dance
Voto:
I must say that, contrary to what many believe, I do not consider the Ubu true champions of the avant-garde; the Ubu simply wrote masterpieces. The avant-garde lies more in their innovative use of electronics, which they share with the Suicide. As for their interpretation of psychedelia, it is unique, but I wouldn't speak of true avant-garde, at least concerning this album. The Modern Dance is also marked by a more conventional punk-rock streak. The rest of the "strangeness" of the album is created by Thomas's voice.
The Kinks Something Else By The Kinks

Ah, here it is. With the bonus tracks it's a 4, without them it's a 3.

Superb.
Crazy the work of self-citation, an inspired album, but certainly also very thought-out, studied, elaborated, which graduates Theather as true engineers of rock.
The concluding Learning To Live is undoubtedly one of the best tracks of the '90s.
They're not my band, they don't exactly make the music I love the most, but here all that’s left is to bow down, no need for chatter.
