AH! CAIN was the cunning and shrewd Colin Richardson and the equally sales-savvy Roadrunner Records in foisting this group of young lads (admittedly decent instrumentally) and turning them into the new phenomenon of metal.
At first came the "Ascendency": a D minor knockoff of the greats of melodic death metal (In Flames above all), although I must reluctantly admit that some riffs from this production catch my guitar-fanatic attention.
Then came the horror... yes, the current period, which had already been propelled by the reunions of many bands from the San Francisco Bay style (and even New York) roused my spirit (in case it wasn't clear... a fan of the aforementioned metal). It was brutally exploited by Mama Roadrunner and that tri-um-viro to give birth to the most skillfully copied and repeated material yet from the technically competent guys hailing from Florida.
I will de-listen to this work, which copies better than I do during a business economics exam (and that says a lot), to find as many identical points as possible with the various Metallica, Testament, Exodus, Forbidden; I even heard of a Slayer rehash.
For now, I bid you farewell.

Beautiful album, it represents an evolution compared to the past; I don't condemn the old works, but among everything that's going around lately, A7X stand out. Too bad about the live shows, I found them a bit lacking in February...maybe still too immature (I’m not talking about their attitude, they’re definitely quite the posers, but I mean in terms of execution overall). I give a bad score to the review not because I disagree with the opinion but because an anthropomorphic monkey would be able to argue more effectively.

this album is a piece of shit...and the review isn’t great either...but have I already mentioned that this album is a piece of shit? and that from first to last should bury themselves? ...sorry but I have a total hatred for bands like this...

I chose the nickname because I see a ton of people writing trash instead of thrash, throwing the key word of my favorite music genre down the toilet... anyway, thanks for the 3, in the future I'll try to enrich the content a bit more and all that stuff, bye.
