A huge step backwards compared to the previous quartet. For heaven's sake, it’s not entirely worthless, but it's such a cheap shot of an album that it ultimately becomes unbearable. And "Cuore di aliante" is one of those classics that would have already gotten on your nerves.
Claudio Baglioni: La vita è adesso

Of the Baglioni's works of maturity, this is the one I like the least; however, I still consider it a nice album. The title track and "Tutto il calcio minuto per minuto" are the most successful pieces. 3.8

Well, that's undeniable... but all in all, this one commands respect too!

5 full, I place them among the five Baglioni masterpieces. As for the songs, I’m not very convinced by "un nuovo giorno"; the rest, "amore in corso," is beautiful. "Andiamo a casa" is also a bit underrated. In my opinion, all of them shine more in the subsequent live performances than in the studio versions because, in his early albums, he tended to have soporific rhythms. If produced differently, they would have been recognized as masterpieces back then. "Uomini persi" is probably the most Deandreian of Baglioni's songs. Anyway, many of the songs listed sound better in "attori e spettatori" and similar works.
Claudio Baglioni: E tu…

After four pitiful albums, finally Mister Agonia starts to release something interesting, arrangements (in collaboration with Vangelis) truly well-crafted. Among Baglioni's works from the 70s, this is definitely the most convincing. 4 solid balls.

If after "And you..." it seemed like he wanted to start making decent music, with this album he takes a huge step back. However, it's not completely to be discarded, especially for tracks like "Sisto V" or "Il lago di misurina." As for the rating, I'm torn between a 2 and a 3... let's go with a 3. On a decimal scale, I would give it a 6-/10.
Slightly less worse than its namesake from '70 and "Un cantastorie..." (71), but just slightly. And still really awful (the title track, in particular, I have always found annoying). Rating: 2 stars, not even quite full.
One of the greatest disasters ever to happen to music. From this point onward, it will completely tarnish everything good it produced between '81 and '95.

SING IF YOU WANT AND LIFE LIFE YOU IDIOT! WHY DON'T YOU GO AND GIVE THE COPPER LIKE ALL THE OLD ONES DO?
Our greatest fortune is that this crap was on the market for only a few months...
I'm going around (and around) with Baglioni.

If this Baglioni doesn't make the baglioni fall, I don't know who will...
Claudio Baglioni: Strada Facendo
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
The first album of Baglioni's maturity is quite different from the previous ones; Claudio finally renews himself and manages to break free from his typical tear-jerking songs (with which, unfortunately, he is still remembered today). "Notti," "Ragazze dell’est," and "Fotografie" are the most successful pieces.

The first album I bought! It's actually very well made, "Fotografie" is stunning both in its arrangements (Geoff Westley) and in its beautiful lyrics, the beginning and end of a love story told through photographs, indeed. But also the title track is a classic, the album of maturity, where it shows anyone who might doubt its abilities that it is a complete artist.
Claudio Baglioni: Oltre
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
Undoubtedly his most successful album: excellent collaborations, great arrangements, and decidedly valid tracks; the rating is 4.5. However, there are some flaws in the lyrics (typically Baglionesque), which prevents it from achieving a 5. But apart from this, it remains a more than successful work that should not be underestimated.

A "generous" work, played very well (Youssou N'Dour, Manu Katché, Tony Levin, Mia Martini, Pino Daniele, Paco de Lucía...). Few missteps, the response to the famous controversy of the Turin concert in 1988. His peak as an artist!
Claudio Baglioni: Io Sono Qui
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
Among Baglioni's best and most inspired albums; just below the previous "Oltre", just above "La vita è adesso" and on par with "Strada facendo". Furthermore, it is also the last enjoyable album: afterwards, only skill, also in decline among other things. 4 right stars.
Claudio Baglioni: Solo

A little more interesting than "And how are you?" and "Saturday afternoon," yet still not quite a 4-star. Of the works from the '70s, it is, after "And you...", the most successful. 3.5
