Tangerine Dream: Stratosfear
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
The high notes of the title track smash the listener's neurons. For the rest, we are faced with the usual, inspired electronic - progressive carpet.
The 13th Floor Elevators: Easter Everywhere
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Rightly overshadowed by his predecessor, but he still made waves. And not just in the realm of psychedelia: "Slip Inside this House," "She Lives," and "Earthquake" are all examples for which the Zeppelin should say, "I exist because you exist." From tears to "Dust," a ballad suspended between the nervous blues of the guitar and Erikson's dreamy interpretation. Timeless, like the sun imprinted on the artwork.

At the same level, this is the debut. Indeed... even if it's by milliseconds, perhaps I am closer to this.

*More CONNECTED to this. I'm losing pieces....
Their masterpiece: pure metal adrenaline!
The Rolling Stones: It's Only Rock'n'Roll
CD Audio I have it ★★★★
Great album. Not a masterpiece but adrenaline-pumping and engaging. Fun is the Spartan gospel "Luxury."
The Rolling Stones: Beggars Banquet
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
Unmissable! Tinted with rock, blues, folk, and unique experiments, like the irresistible final gospel. Its charm will never die.
Thanks to DEBASER, I discovered this album. I liked it a lot, a top-notch pop-rock. Intense, melancholic, and at times almost symphonic. I recommend listening for fans of the genre.
Tiziano Ferro: Alla Mia Età

At your age...it would be better if you stopped messing around!

And what is the secret to listening to an entire album of this guy? By the third track, I would probably start to feel dizzy and experience assorted sugar drops.

I know, I understand you, the fact is that I don't like to give it a rating if I haven't gone all the way through the torture. In any case, it's not an experience I would easily repeat. And of course, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...

Look, he's not a terrible singer; he’s just ‘commercial.’ Believe me, there are people who make awful records but if they could do things their own way without risking their success... When I was in the military, I met Francesco Puccioni, aka Mike Francis, who spent a couple of months in the service before getting a comfy reassignment to go record and shoot videos with Amii Stewart. In the evenings, he’d strum a guitar in the barracks, and with Puccioni, they played Steely Dan and Gino Vannelli; he was in love with Marvin Gaye, Hall & Oates, all the R&B and soul of the Sixties, not to mention ‘Survivor’ (which isn’t even a throwaway song).

One could say the same about Alex Britti, who finds success with commercial songs but is actually a big fan of rock, blues, and jazz; you can tell from his guitar phrasing in his tracks. Anyway, I have nothing against Ferro, I just hate his music.

"Look, he's not as bad as a singer" No, and that's what makes it even more infuriating (well, it's just a figure of speech...). It's just that now he's a marketing puppet; he's no longer even a singer.
Tom Waits: The Heart Of Saturday Night
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
A solitary walk in the heart of Saturday night. To all those who walk alone, picking up in the distance jazz and swing harmonies that cross the walls of piano bars to blend into sidewalks, cold air, and smoky clouds of tobacco.

Immense album that I am voraciously listening to these days.

I care for him very much. Now I have many friends, but there was a time when I would go out alone, even on Saturday nights, and this album kept me company; it seemed made just for me...
