    Great record, and the subsequent "Pollution" and "Sulle corde di Aries" are even better. Then Franco's experimental streak took on such sophistication that works like "M.lle le gladiator," "L'egitto prima delle sabbie," and "Battiato" became invaluable. Only "Clic" remains, definitely lighter to listen to. But after the undeniable value of the initial trilogy, we would have to wait for "L'era del cinghiale bianco," an album in which Battiato decided to simplify his musical proposal. A wise choice that served as a springboard for a series of excellent records.
