Hatfield and the North: Hatfield & The North

Of course, between this and the subsequent "The Rotters Club," I wouldn't know which is the more beautiful and complete. Extraordinary musicians, unique atmospheres...

This is more varied and experimental compared to Rotter, but you are right, it's a tough choice (why choose then?), and an extraordinary band, a supergroup that perfectly embodied many of the greatest "Canterbury" musicians. I'm really glad you like them so much.

Canterbury is a town as big as my Saluzzo, it seems to me, and just think about how many great bands it has produced, incredible...delicious record, that’s the right term for me.

Gentlemen musicians, beautiful record. It's a shame that the 4 of Canterbury didn't last long; they deserved a longer career...

Well, it was a supergroup that rightly disbanded when it had said everything it needed to say. Two albums, two masterpieces.

Hawkwind: In Search Of Space

For me, their best, along with Space Ritual from a couple of years later. "Master of the Universe" would be enough on its own to secure the album's place in history. A masterpiece...

Same here. My favorite. I also love the first self-titled one, even though they were still quite hippie in their approach back then.

Madonna, what a stuff this album is... mind-blowing and unbelievable...
High Tide: High Tide

Second album by the English band, undoubtedly a second masterpiece. Three long, wonderful tracks, light-years ahead for the time. I don't understand why this band didn't achieve greater success...

What a band! What a sound! You're right, it will remain a mystery why they had so little luck. When I saw House with Bowie, it really made me happy. Not to mention his other collaborations.

The answer to the riddle you gave yourself; they were light years ahead to be lucky.

I can't even understand it, perhaps because this music is only for the "chosen few." Well, if that’s the case, I would say I'm glad to be part of the "sacred knowers." It's a pity I don't have a physical edition and have always listened to it online. Enough is enough! I want it!

HOWLIN' WOLF: HOWLIN' WOLF
CD Audio I have it ★★★★★
One of the essential albums of the blues. Nicknamed "Rockin' Chair" because of the cover, it is the second album of the "Howlin' Wolf," representing a kind of Bible for the music to come. "Spoonfool," "Tell Me," "Backdoor Man"... a great character, aided by the true "brains" of Chess, Mr. Dixon... History.
Humble Pie: Performance Rockin' The Fillmore

Live among the most important of the '70s, outstanding work by a band at the height of popularity, with two great guitarists like Marriot and Frampton, explosive and badass hard-blues...
