they're not even close to being among my favorites (also because I really can't stand glam), but they have such a thunderous sound that I listen to it from start to finish without too many worries. I mean, just "Frankenstein" is worth the album in my opinion!

Listened to again upon waking up this morning. An album that has now become a part of my life, and I need to revisit it regularly, say a couple of times a month. I don’t have a favorite song over the others: a wonder from the very first faint and barely audible note.

Beautiful, meticulously crafted in sounds (perhaps too much so, lacking the irreplaceable charm of the early works) and featuring great songs. A fantastic pop-psychadelic album. But I prefer other Floyd.
