Excellent product from a musical standpoint, while the lyrics are not all outstanding. The transition from Brit-pop suffers a bit in the lyrics, but it's not a problem.

It starts with an open sadness - "Out Of Time" - and then the album splits between not-so-carefree joy and reflection. "Battery in your leg" is the only musically sad song along with "Out Of Time."
"For tomorrow" is the standout track from an experimental yet beautiful work. "Colin Zeal" is chilling along with "Coping," "Advert," and "Oily Water." "Sunday Sunday" is another gem.

A good pop album, with two or three not-so-great songs. The four singles stand out (I would gladly sing "Charmless Man" and "Stereotypes"). "He thought of cars," "Mr. Robinson's Quango," "Best Days," and "Globe Alone" are quite decent.
The album of change featuring four of my favorite songs: "Sunday Morning Call" (by far), "Go let it out," "Gas, panic!" and "I can see a liar."

Two pieces to remember out of ten: "Dear Unknown" and "What Do You Say About Me."
