    Very interesting list.
The first place at BELA TARR oozes a profusion of strangeness (learn, beasts @[123asterisco]

Absolutely ribald Gianni Dò, do you presume that I haven't watched all these films? Everything is very nice, but:
      1) too Eurocentric (the only non-Western one is Kurosawa, who is notoriously a director liked in the West)
      2) I can't stand Bela Tarr. I've tried several times, but I just can't do it.

Thank you for the thought, coming from her... Memento has not been understood by many for me, I don’t get all this "hatred" that is reserved for it, often by the purists themselves. Am I the one who is overrating it?

      You won with too Eurocentric

Memento is a good movie, just wouldn't put it among those masterpieces.
