Beautiful. All great albums. Now, however, seeing "Grace" by Jeff makes me automatically suggest it to you, unless you already know it. Dad Tim, who is much better for me.

I don't know what they have in common, but there are some massive albums.

Really beautiful...very varied, all amazing albums and above all finally a personal ranking where the most recent album is not from 1970.

Thank you so much :) @hjhhjij I also know Tim Buckley but I’ve never dug deeper, I will! @pana I swear I don’t even know what common points they have ahah aside from the post-rock/ambient trend, but actually my ranking would vary more or less every month and would definitely be much bigger, these are simply the ones that have never really stopped amazing me.

Among other things, the additions of Closer and Tweez are already two excellent choices (a really cool album that’s often overshadowed by Spiderland). Great for Tim Buckley. The ranking is becoming more and more interesting, aside from Verdena, who I don’t like, but the list is yours ;)

He put Spiderland on and then took it off :( It's fine anyway, but it fooled me.

wait a moment! I didn't mean to remove tweez, I'm putting it back now! haha spiderland I had tried to put it on but evidently something wasn't working and I gave up, now I've reopened and here it is in place of tweez! wtf

De-classifications always pull these kinds of tricks, in fact.

Haha, I used to like the older works of Verdena, and upon first listen, I almost repudiated "wow." After a few more attempts and especially after a couple of devastating live shows (one at Ferrara Sotto le Stelle after Dinosaur Jr and another at Velvet), I completely changed my mind! In the end, the "ranking" is loosely defined; I mean, aside from "hex," which I consider something a bit more enormous than just an album, the other positions are placed depending on which one came to my mind first...

Don't worry, we all do it this way here.

It turns out we were at the same concert together at Velvet! Only I, unlike you, after that concert decided once and for all that Verdena suck!

Ah, and I completely agree about Tweez! Moreover, it has bass lines that I can't explain how they were conceived (in a positive way, of course!)

Hex goes beyond good, better, and even excellent.
