But I see Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven...but excuse me, isn't that a bit childish?...ah ah ah

You didn't even understand what I said in the post. Read it again, come on, because I don't have time to waste with you.

I do, on the other hand, tomorrow I'm not going to work... and I have time to bother you.

Yes, I understand... you were talking about the fact that Beethoven shouldn't be associated with sacred music just like Bach... to me, that's nonsense... it's not about how many sacred works you compose, but the quality... the missa solemnis is, in my opinion, of more than exceptional quality... end.

Maybe you haven't grasped the greatness of the missa solemnis...

On the contrary. I agree on the Missa, which I happen to own. I was talking about authors of sacred music and authors less so. What in Beethoven was a gigantic and brilliant exception (two compositions out of about 130) was the rule for Bach. This is precisely what I meant. To characterize an author, it is also important to see what primarily consumed their energies over the years.

And I agree with you. Likewise. The missa solemnis remains of the same stature as the mass in B minor or Bach's passions. Certainly, the element of Beethoven was not sacred music but, as everyone knows, the sonata and the symphony. However, that single high note in sacred music is enough, at least for me, to make him great even in sacred music. The same can be said for Fidelio and for the relationship Beethoven had with opera and, in general, for all "cantata" music.

Never doubted that B. has been a true great in every single field he has ventured into...

There is no doubt. Just like Mr. Mozart

But what really pisses me off is: what the hell do hemorrhoids have to do with it...

It's you who's wrong to take it personally. Here, faced with the most "inspired" moments, we have an easy laugh. If one doesn't say anything, another will say something...
