  but the real (excruciating) wait is for Chelsea Wolfe. I pre-ordered the album in May. They should ship it to me on August 1st. and I can't contain myself

    I preordered Chelsea Wolfe's album on iTunes when "Iron Moon" came out, but it was leaked a few weeks ago and, having practically already purchased it, I listened to it. I can only tell you that the eager anticipation is completely justified, as is its second place in my ranking (though the first place still goes to "Stonemilker" by Björk, which has become one of my favorite songs of this year).

  Yeeee, sure that besides a couple of nice things, there are also things here that give me a case of the lyrical diarrhea, no offense, just tastes.

  I got the one from Newsom, it seems quite nice, but I've only had a chance to listen to it once. Ah, a reissue from 1997. Did you know that The Velvet Rope by Jackson wasn't bad at all? It might interest you...

    I was just wondering if it’s actually a decent album, if it could sound good to my ears as well, or if it’s just a total trash that you personally enjoy quite subjectively. Because personally, Janet Jackson has always left a bad impression on me, but I’m not familiar with the album you’re talking about.

    I don’t think it’s trashy or gaudy, actually it’s quite subtle and calm. Anyway, you can listen to it on YouTube. The second or third track was the single.
