  The one by Kasabian would go among the missing albums of the year...funny the one by The Black Keys to listen to (maybe) the one by Anathema..the Wild Beasts didn’t completely convince me instead...Interpol should be listened to right away.

    Well, it's pleasant pop to put in the car, not like that of the Kasabian, which you can't really understand what they were trying to do...

    Right, I'll remove Kasabian because, for me, it's a horrible album as well. Anathema is one of my favorite bands in recent years. Distant Satellites is an album that needs more listens. The first half is very similar to the old Weather Systems, while I really, really like the more electronic second half. The combination of Firelight/Distant Satellites is, in my opinion, wonderful.

    In my opinion, the problem isn't that it's not engaging; there are songs that are really valuable interspersed with colossal crap that, in my view, are just there to stretch things out a bit.

  El Pintor bought a couple of days ago: it grows after several listens... at least 4 tracks above average. Rave Tapes, on the other hand, deserves higher positions.
