  The top four in the ranking are new to me; they will surely be great bands to stay at the top of the charts. However, in my opinion, Echolyn is missing from the list, and they would fit perfectly in a ranking of forty, perhaps replacing Pendragon, who are very repetitive in their albums.

  I don't know what the Decemberists have to do with prog, aside from a hint in The Crane Wife; the rest is just Indie-Folk Rock... I really liked your ranking of the 60s, though.
